Program Overview

AI CAFE is a workforce development program designed to equip future engineers with future-ready expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and enterprise technologies. The program is delivered with a collaboration between IBM, SmartBridge, and Salesforce, providing participants with a hands-on, industry-aligned learning experience. Over a 12-week period, participants will develop dual expertise in AI and CRM technologies, enabling them to contribute effectively to modern enterprises.
